The staff cannot do enough for you, they’re very attentive and helpful. Absolutely lovely. Rooms are spotless and spacious, though starting to be a little dated. Pools are really nice and the loungers are padded and comfy. The onsite restaurants are okay, though I’d recommend going outside to eat, especially if you’re vegetarian

Excellent hotel with beautiful pools and restaurants. Staff went over and above - particularly Kante who could not have provided a warmer welcome. Staff attention to detail was excellent. In addition to allergens being clearly labelled on all food, All staff went over and above to help support dietary requirements. Couldn’t fault the hotel - would most definitely return.

Evening entertainment, enjoyable. Only complaint, piano bar staff on one night visited were slow & unfriendly. Overall, would highly, definitely recommend for a quiet, luxury get away. Puerto Calero lovely walk to nearby with various boat trips.

Weather was good but too hot at times. Bed rooms were fab and the scuba diving centre was a highlight for me as it was based on the Hotel Campus. Breakfast was superb . Would look outside to Hotel for Dinner. Very sterile environment. No atmosphere.
