Inn Marin is currently upgrading their facilities. The property is lovely although it needs some TLC. Some of the units are upgraded, some are not. That being said, I found some of the improvements odd.
For instance, there was only 1 towel hook in the bathroom (the 1st room* we were in had Zero- 0!) *(We moved bc we wanted a garden room).
The new room had not been upgraded, but everything looked ok. Unfortunately, we found out the next day there was a plumbing problem- no hot water & low pressure. They should have known this. We moved. This room had white blinds that did not block out the light....it DID NOT have any curtains, blackout or otherwise.
The shower enclosure was a 3/4 swinging door that let water spray everywhere! It also seemed like the shower pan was leaking.
Also, they have a pool & jacuzzi/hot tub- pool was dirty first day & a half. Jacuzzi not filled & dirty.
So to sum up:
Pretty property with potential...
Fairly comfy beds
Decent customer service
NEEDS:
Blackout blinds/curtains
More towel bars/hooks*
More transparency on quality of rooms
