8/10 Very good

A quiet comfortable room with everything we needed. We liked that you could buy coffee in the lobby any time. There are many restaurants very close by and it's convenient for public transport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed being in the city and seeing what is going on in the streets.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for public transport and restaurants.

Good value for a two star hotel and money paid, although the hotel could do with improvements to the bath/shower facilities in the rooms. Staff are great, very helpful, knowledgeable of the area and ensure you are taken care of.

The staff were great. The beds comfortable. Budget hotel. The location was convenient to take the metro to other destinations but the streets were full of homeless/drugs every evening so be mindful of this at night..

Building outside looks ok, inside, it’s okay if one is hard of seeing, just put some extra cash and get something better…bed sucked, roach issue…i was staying one night so i did not care but go somewhere else..you get what you paid for..solo traveller…with family they would have had me institutionalized…again could have been worse..no chalk on floor

8/10 Very good

A very comfortable hotel but the street in which it is situated is rather dirty and noisy from loud-talking residents and zippy mopeds. However, it is only a few minutes from Omonia Square and metro station and, although scruffy, the street did not feel unsafe. I would happily return and recommend it as a good value place to stay.

The staff was excellent. They were patient and helpful with all my questions especially regarding the public transportation. The only thing I didn't like was how small the shower was and that it didn't have a shower curtain.

The area is awful. It’s full of cravkheads and I had roaches in my room like 7of them. I felt in the ghetto

The area seems unsafe, very ghetto. Feels like you're in a village in India or Bangladesh. The surroundings are also noisy. Staff not approachable especially the female older staff on duty in the morning of April 25, 2024.

Half price than other hotel that are like 500 meter away... Area have lot of homeless person hanging around but they do never bother you. The half price mean you have to walk in a Shaddy area, at night, I wasn't even bothering to be on sidewalk, I was walking straight in the street and felt somewhat ok. For half price of competition , it was worth the saving. Hotel was clean and service was good. Nothing to complain given the excellent price

6/10 Good

We liked how close this property was to the Acropolis and nice restaurants, all with a 30 minute wall or less. However, when our Uber driver dropped us off he warned us not to go out at night because it was not a safe area. On our walks, we saw a lot of things that told us that was probably pretty accurate. The libby of the hotel was pretty nice. You could get specialty coffes, tea, pastries, etc. at the counter and there was a nice vending machine with drinks and foods, more than just snack food for cheap. Our room, however, was pretty gross. It wreaked of cigarette smoke and the smell stuck to our clothes and followed us for the rest of our vacation to the other places we stayed. It was disgusting. And it wasn't very clean either. On top of that, the bed was like sleeping on a very thin rock. Not enjoyable. Plus, there os a ton of noise in the area and the rooms do not block out sound at all. We would not stay here again.

People were doing drugs on the steps next door. Chunks of wall missing in room. Terrible neighborhood. Towels the size of hand towels. Left after the first night.

Nice room with fridge and kettle
the hotel looks very nice from the outside. The room has a fridge and a kettle with cups. I was very surprised. The toilet paper ran out very quickly, only after the intervention did I receive it. I had pajamas in my bed. She disappeared on the last day of my visit. She must have been taken.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Mould all over the toilet. It’s a smoke room, so be aware everything will smell of smoke… we decided not to sleep here, because it wasn’t wort

Georgia and others behind the desk were very nice and helpful. Took extra care to arrange a taxi that would save us money. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom needed some repair/care. Gave us clean towels every day and we felt safe. Only one night were there was a lot of partying going on and a person wouldn't stop yelling. There are no phones in the room so no one to complain to until the next morning. NOTE: I selected this property because of its location to all the sites. Athens has a lot of graffiti, even next to the high end hotels and shops. Once you walk down an Athens side road it is dirty and drug use is in visible use. However, the people are nice, do not bother you, we always felt safe, and they appreciate your business.

Entrance/foyer was fine. The bedrooms were basic. The bathroom was another story. The bathtub had open pipes running along the way and there was mold all over. The toilet space was very small and your legs would jam on the wall and pipes. Unpleasant! You had to leave the room key at the front desk when leaving the property but they didn’t sweep and clean everyday. Sometimes they just left face towels to use. We had to ask and then got bath towels. Expedia should not use this property as a hotel package deal. I didn’t feel like I was on vacation having to enter this room everyday. Sorry.

Quartier dangereux
