Staff were amazing - kind, helpful, friendly, professional. We can’t say enough great things about them. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Pool was too chilly for me but the kids enjoyed it. But we won’t be returning- the beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows looked full but flattened to nothing, the AC did not cool well overnight, and the toilet would barely flush. We also got a weird vibe from other customers- it felt like they may have been living there, not sure.

Room was super clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Just an awesome hotel to stay at.

My room had dead bugs in it. The sheets made me edge. The room was very hot. The breakfast area had hardly no food. Some eggs and sausage patties and the sausage patties was cut in half wasn’t very clean. The food area looked disgusting but you’re serving a sausage patty and you’re gonna cut it in half to save them money and it’s very outdated. It needs to be updated everything in there stinks as owed.

A/C worked part of the time, had to reset multiple times. Shower had used soap and shampoo left in it. The toilet seat was disgusting, stained yellow and falling apart. The chair in room was nasty.

Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way.

Was ran down, didn't have room cleaned or towels changed. Had BUGS!!!!!!!!! People would smoke right in front of entrance and guys hanging around with no shirt. Pool and work out area I get it but not where we have kids and don't expect it. Not once did I see staff but outside and smoking with different people.

the room smelled really bad there was air freshener plugged up that was so strong when we unplugged the room then begin to smell really really bad the air was not cooling the room , it had carport in 1/2 the room and allowed dogs so that could explain that the chairs in the room were stain with brown whatever that it was scary to sit in them the plug the air freshener and lamp plugged up to was burnt , the bed it was like a bounce house it was just all gross and TERRIABLE NOW the front desk guy was super nice ! we just left stayed somewhere else for the night. took a lost for a crappy hotel @ 130.00 a night plus 40.00 for 2 dogs never again and neither will anyone i know staying in glen rose for the night

They were very accommodating with last minute bad weather issues. Will definitely book here again the next time we're in Glen Rose.

Breakfast did not have much to choose from, the walk in area had a bad smell the sink in the room was nasty had silver fish bed had some stains the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Staff at Arrival was hard to get ahold of. Other than that staff was super friendly
