We loved this hotel. The staff we friendly and attentive, and the property was new, modern and clean. The attached restaurant, Cilantro, was delicious and the location was in a quieter area across from the lake but still a cheap and short Grab trip to the Old Quarter. An absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were always friendly, courteous and smiling. The rooms are very large and accommodating with everything you need for your day to day life i.e. washing machine dryer and bottled water. It is located on the southern side of the lake which is beautiful to walk daily and meet the smiling locals or to stop for food and beers. Will definitely stay there again when back in Hanoi in a few months time. 10/10 amazing
