A really beautiful hotel just off Lake Iseo. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were clean with a really powerful shower and great cosmetics. The only negative about our room was that it smelled a bit musty, it could have done with being aired out before out stay

We liked the location away from any busy streets, and it was very easy to find. It is a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant open for dinner, as they were undergoing renovations. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace on the morning we left. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir wie ungebetene Gäste begrüsst. 2. Badetuchgarnitur im Doppelzimmer musste reklamiert werden. Bar bis zu 45 Min Wartezeit. Preis Leistung in keinem Verhältnis. Viel zu wenig Personal. Schlecht organisiert. Beim Frühstück eine Person die bedient. Wartezeiten für Kaffee beim Frühstück viel zu lange. Personal bemüht jedoch unterbesetzt. Da weiss ich auch nicht, ob es am unorganisierten Personal lag. Quantität und Qualität unterirdisch. Anlage überirdisch. Leider nein.
