If u don't drive don't bother staying here. It is far away from everything and buses don't work. Trying to get a local taxi is ridiculous especially on weekends

Room was at the front of property and it was very noisy with pub guest sitting outside. No chef available so no evening meal and only option of a continental breakfast which was light on options, although posters advertising option of a cooked breakfast were on show

The owner Neville was very welcoming and he was a lovely man. Gave me a bigger room due to the heatwave and I was there for work purposes. Showed me around the facilities. The bar was very nicely done out and the gym is fabulous.

Very good service.

This is a cheap hotel in the middle of sheerness. No it’s not five star but service was excellent. Can’t remember the last time a staff member showed you to the room. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel for 'Chase the Sun' event

The hotel was excellent value for money, clean, and comfortable and the staff were all friendly. I booked the hotel as I had entered 'Chase the Sun' and needed somewhere local for the early start on the Saturday morning. The hotel is roughly 4 miles from the start line and with 24hr access was perfect for family who had travelled with me.

Me and my Sister stayed for one night and the staff were very kind and ever so helpful. Lovely room and it was just what we needed for a couple of days in Leysdown. Very reasonable priced. We will definitely go back there again.

The hotel was in a great location for getting about, and the hotel is lovely but just needs a bit of TLC in a couple of places. Other than that, the people in the 3 rooms I booked are all happy with our stay

My stay at Shurland Hotel

Only stayed for one night, checking was speedy, room was comfortable. However I did not eat at the hotel so unable to advise on food quality.
