El personal y las habitaciones de lo peor las camas con hoyos y sucias la ropa de cama

No me gustó nada ,de hecho hice check in y a los 10 minutos check out ,todo estaba sucio ,había basura en el piso de la habitación,las sábanas tenían sangre o una mancha roja ,todo estaba oxidado y sucio ,inmediata entre mis fuimos y el personal muy poco amable ,porfavor no se hospeden ahí ,hay hoteles del mismo precio y mucho mejor.

Spend the extra few bucks and get a better hotel. The tub had stains on it, carpet and was dirty, towel holder was rusty. Staff were nice but the place was just dirty and had an odd smell. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room needed housekeeping and maintenance. There were potato chips on the front room floor and the TVs had minimal channel selections. Rugs, furniture arms and A/C vents were dirty. The shower curtain rail was drooping and hanging loose. The bedroom window only had a sheer shade, with no curtains to block the bright parking lot light. I was happy they had a Golden "make your own waffle" set up, but the breakfast's sausage gravy in the crock pot was cold. The front desk attendant said the new owners are planning to start renovations. I'd book elsewhere if returning to Charleston

There was mold on the lamps and blood on our comforter and wall. When asked for two more towels for a family of four when only two towels were provided the staff told us no towels were available in the hotel. We stayed 4 days. Housekeeping never came to our room. Our key to our room had to be programmed every day. Our door to our room didn’t even lock with the deadbolt. Would not recommend this hotel. Also the parking lot and the floors smelled like weed.

I really enjoyed staying here there was plenty of room for my family . I also enjoyed the breakfast everything was really good the only thing was that it did not have a pool that is the bad thing. I was a bit disappointed.

Apparently, the hotel is going through renovations. We were placed in a room with old paint that was bubbling, mold in corners, floors that were slick from what might be unrinsed soap, high humidity, and rusty fixtures.

The staff were amazing. Great people. But the bedspread was dirty, the night stand was dirty (had coffee cup rings on it), and the shower was dirty, with bathtub ring. The soap dish had a previous guest’s hair in it. There was no coffee in the room either. On the positive side, it was nice and quiet, the a/c was good and cool, and the bed was comfortable.
