Worst hotel experience of my life
The worst hotel experience for my life. A minor disagreement with the night manager who clearly did not want to deal with people and reveled in the power he held. Despite the fact that I complied with his request and my wife and I went to bed, he called the police and had us thrown out on to the street at 1 am. Totally uncalled for.

Country Inn & Suites
We’ve stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and had a good experience so we decided to stay again. Next time I will choose differently. The elevator smells terrible and the carpet desperately needs replaced. The headboard has a faux leather-like material and had three large chunks missing from it. The toilet was loose and rocked. The shower handle was loose and didn’t maintain the heat setting. On one of the nights of our stay we came back late (3:00 am from the visiting family at the hospital) and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. A woman who appeared to be drunk/high was sitting in the driver’s seat of a car and a man was standing outside the car. She started yelling at us several times as we walked from our car to the hotel. We told the front desk clerk and he went out immediately to check it out. The hotel is in a convenient location but is getting rundown. I’m not usually critical in my reviews, but I think this hotel needs some maintenance/updating. I think the rating was a little off at 8.6 Excellent.

Good hotel
Hotel is a bit dated and isn't in perfect condition, but it's a perfectly good hotel for the important things. Staff was friendly, a maintenance request was repaired, plenty of outlets in the room, breakfast was good, parking was plentiful, and the area felt safe.

A Good place to sleep!
Our 3 days 2 night stay was overall good but the room we stayed in had seen better days. There were holes in the headboards of both beds and the padded desk chair had a top corner torn out. The sink stopper in the bathroom did not work but the whole room was clean and liveable. The staff was very professional. The free breakfast was very basic but the lady managing it was very pleasent and especially attentive to our needs..

The staff were excellent. Room was very clean. We moved rooms because of noisy neighbor above. So we recommend getting the third floor so you don't have that issue. Very convenient to the US Air Force museum and lots of eateries.
