Communication regarding restaurants in the area was excellent, with menus included i the guest book.
We did have a lot of trouble checking in. If you book through Expedia, the hotel management does not send you access codes directly and Expedia does not forward them to you. There are phone numbers at the door, but my U.S. phone could not reach the numbers. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have a kind guest who used his phone to call and get the access codes, and lucky enough that someone answered the phone. Without access codes you can't get into the building and if you are able to get into the building based on a kind guest, you can't get into your suite. With that said, the suite was wonderful and we enjoyed the area. The owner/manager is obviously very thoughtful and considerate.
