The beds were hard as a rock and pillows were lumpy. One bed was not stable to the floor and felt as if it was on metal stilts, every time I turned In my sleep the whole room thundered. The towels were too stiff and too small for a human body. There was no non-dairy creamer for coffee so I could not drink it. It was loud. I heard the thunder of the guests above us all night. It did not feel clean. This was one of the worst rests of my life
