Easy check in and friendly staff when needed to adjust arrival times. Got fresh towels daily even though didn't need the room cleaned daily.

良かった点:セール中だったので非常に安く泊まれたこと 悪かった点:受付の人がいなくなる、予約内容を確認していない、クリーニングボタンを押しても来てくれない　など とは言え安さ重視なので単に泊まるだけならいいかもしれない

I liked the easy access to food and other services. I did not like the dated and dim room.

The staff is very friendly. There is a bar just next to the lobby but the customer do the affect the residents at all. No clearing service within my 3 days of stay. The front desk allows you to keep the bags in the lobby (public area, no locking up). It seems not very secure. Trust that Singapore is a very safe country, my bag was not stolen at all.

Do not recommend this hotel to all my friends

The hotel lobby has a very strong odor of cigarite smell, i can not stand for even a minute, beside the check in counter is a bar which is very noisy up to the second floor, the carpet in the room and the walk way in the lobby is very dirty and toilet in the room has a smell of dirt cockroach! While the hotel imposed stickly no smoking in the room but smoking in the bar with the door is always open make the whole lobby and elivator have a very strong smell of cigarite which is not good for the health! Even if I will be given a free accomodation to this hotel I will never come back..

Stedet føltes som motel ikke tre stjerners. Prøvde å få refusjon, men verken hotels.com eller mannen bak skranken var villig til å hjelpe. Han sa vi kunne kontakte hotels.com i etterkant for å søke om refusjon, men det er han som må godkjenne refusjonen noe han ikke gjorde, selv om han sa at han skulle gjøre det!

Although staff wanted to be hospitable and the room looked decent. It wasn't as clean; hair in bathroom, and clear black spots (but if you are short you probably don't see it in the mirror behind the sink), and the wifi was spotty disconnecting regularly. In my case the shower drain was dropping and to top it off my simple UK>EU plug got stuck in the wall. The bed was good and it was walking distance from the metro.

When we enter the room it was dusty. The carpet was old and shady, we found bugs in the restroom too. We stayed for 3 nights and NO ONE cleaned our room even our makeup room button was on the entire time. We asked for extra pillow staff said they don’t have any. How disappointing was that right? It was a stressful stay with this hotel :(

Staff was friendly although was difficult getting the room cleaned. There were some connectivity issues with TV. Overall it's a good facility
