The property is very old fashioned. It is in an excellent location, close to Istikaal Street. If you are looking for a budget long stay then this property is perfect. Staff are very friendly as usual in Istanbul. I stayed with my husband and daughter for 11 nights and i loved it. I can easily adjust.

Unfortunately the bathroom in the hotel wasn't good and the windows in the apartment were leaking. The owner was very helpful and nice. He also helped us and organized our taxi to the airport. But the location was perfect, about 200 meters from istiklal street near Taksim Square.

Bei 1500 Zeichen ist Schluss und daher mache ich nur Stichpunkte Lage: Ist ok. Lautstärke: Hellhörig, weil Gasse mit Mopeds und alte Fenster und zudem keine dichtschließenden Türen zum Treppenhaus Sauberkeit: Bettwäsche zwar gewaschen, aber mit vielen Haaren. Alles andere ist nicht sauber. Bad nur mit Klorix überschüttet, aber nichts geputzt. Das sieht und riecht man. Zierkissen vom Bett und die Couch selbst voller Flecken. Vorhänge wahrscheinlich noch nie gewaschen. Vllt waren sie mal weiß und jetzt ist es eine Mischung zwischen beige und braun. Matratze schon sehr alt ohne Matratzenschoner. Ausstattung: Toilettenspülung defekt, Toilettendeckel defekt, Steckdose im Bad defekt, beim Fernseher ist das SAT Kabel abgeschnitten und geht daher nicht, Kühlschrank defekt, Wasserkocher nicht vorhanden, Bad schlecht verfugt und Schimmel, Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand. Ich denke, dass die guten Bewertungen hier nicht echt sind, da wir 3 Zimmer hatten und alle unterdurchschnittlich schlecht. Ich könnte ewig weiter schreiben, dass es auch noch im Treppenhaus nach Katzenpisse stinkt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wir sind darauf reingefallen und ich hoffe, dass das nicht noch jemand anderem passiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren soweit nett, zumindest als sie dann mal da waren, was übrigens beim einchecken nicht der Fall war und wir wie blöde vor dem Haus standen bis ein Mitarbeiter des Nachbarhotels uns half. Aber vom nett sein hat man dort trotzdem kein schönes Zimmer.
