8/10 Muy buena

An acceptable stay but be prepared in Mumba.

Nap Manor is located in a neighborhood of Mumbai that may be comfortable during the day but definitely not at night for us. The staff compensate by being helpful and suggesting alternatives to going out at night for food. We had a private room and bath that was acceptable. The kitchen/dining area is very small and not conducive to individual cooking but eating outside food in the space is OK. We were able to store our luggage (though not in a locked area) for a few hours on our last day. That was appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hostel that exceeded all my expectations. One of the standout features was undoubtedly the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, offering valuable local insights, travel tips, and always ready to address any queries. Not only were the staff accommodating, but the property itself was also a gem. Cleanliness was a top priority, with well-maintained facilities and common areas that fostered a sense of community among guests. The dormitories were comfortable, and the private rooms offered a peaceful retreat for those seeking a bit more solitude. Additionally, the hostel boasted a range of amenities that added to the overall positive experience, such as a well-equipped communal kitchen, vibrant common spaces for socializing, and thoughtful touches like free Wi-Fi and organized events. The attention to detail in both the staff's service and the property's upkeep showcased a commitment to creating a memorable and enjoyable stay. Without a doubt, this hostel has set the bar high for excellence in both hospitality and accommodation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a delightful and hassle-free stay.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings) Breakfast is good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was incredibly grateful for the amazing service of all the hosts who assisted my queries. Thanks so much Nap Manor Hostel!

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of them were incredibly helpful and generous. Even our fellow hostiler were fun. The place has amazing books, games, to spend your time. I would love to go back to this place again and again and again. ✨🤗
