No conpaints at all about hotel. We arrived january 2026. Some of the.swimming pools a little cold. Heated pool was not bad at all. Rooms cleaned daily , breakfast was really good , plenty of choices. Only 10 minute walk to beach front. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast can be a little chaotic at times..but if went early enough then plenty free tables

Room and all amenities incredibly clean i have a commercial cleaning company in London so this is a big important factor for me. Staff are fun and friendly amenities are fun.. fitness centre is workable it is clean though and cardio machines work. The pools are amazing and breakfast is one of the beat ive had for a while

Lovely room in a quiet area of the hotel as requested. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and nice facilities with a wide variety of choice for breakfast. Check in was prompt and efficient and we were offered a welcome drink too. The only drawback (and I insist it is only minor) is that there are limited facilities for a late check out. Could do with more courtesy rooms and showers.

Very enjoyable holiday. Staff were excellent, polite helpful and informative. Rooms were good and cleaned every day. Pool area very pretty, clean and plenty of sun beds. Food was good but sometimes luke warm, no beans, omlettes or poached egg at breakfast. Evening meal cooking station a little disappointing but you could always find something you wouldn’t go hungry.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, loved the pool area. The only downside that the baby pool was not heated and also the dinner on site was a bit pricey. They could have done more kids entertainment during the day. In overall it was a lovely stay. The room was brilliant.

Superb !

Automated check in but a lovely welcome and help by the Receptionist. And a beer/ soft drink immediately offered after your long journey. A very chilled out hotel, multiple pools, breakfast to die for and available between 07-1130. Didn’t eat at buffet but this is a fantastic hotel with great staff, all you need and right next to town. We will be back.

Beautiful pool area ( we were in the relax zone) , with loads of sun beds all well spaced. The pool area, like the rest of the hotel, is immaculate. Very good swimming pools especially for children. Each pool towels needs 20€ deposit, so very "expensive" for a family. The sound proofing in the room was terrible (worst I ever experienced) clearly not a 4* hotel... We heard everything from neighbouring rooms... Breakfast was excellent with good choices.

We were given a room which had an internal door to next room meaning we could hear their child crying during the night. We asked to be moved to normal room before breakfast and it was several hours until we were allocated another room although there were rooms empty all the time we were there. Rooms are nice although toilet with glass door takes a bit to get used to. Long queues at snack bar for lunch while restaurant very quiet with plenty staff. Long queues at bars also. Breakfast is fantastic with plenty choices for everyone. Beware if you have credit left on your room it is only available to use until 12 noon on check out day.

Great hotel if the bathroom situation changed!

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the gardens were really well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable with good linen and the shower products smelled good. There was a wide range of breakfast options. The warm pool was gorgeous! Cons: Even though we had taken time to check in online we had to repeat the whole process on arrival which was frustrating. The lunch options and cocktails at the pool bar in the family area were very limited and pretty awful quality. Signage to the rooms was very confusing and it seemed that all new arrivals struggled to find their rooms (some arriving later in the evening with lots of luggage and young children which wasn’t a great start to their holiday). The almost transparent bathroom facilities with open tops are unnecessary and are the reason for my lower rating for comfort. However close a relationship there is nothing romantic about this set up!
