Good choice on the menu. One thing I noticed about the restaurant manger, was that a staff member was opening a bottle of wine for a guest and the manager went to her and took the bottle of wine from her and opened in front of the guest, this is bad management and he wasn’t a very attentive to his guests, wasn’t impressed with him. The gentleman on reception was excellent.
