When we arrived and checked in, I discovered that the room we had actually booked with two queen beds was not available. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous, but was not able to resolve our dilemma, as it appears to have been an issue with the type of room displayed on the website not being available at this location. The TV in the living area had no signal and the maintenance staff had left for the evening, so that was not rectified until the next day. The room was fine otherwise, however there was a bad odor coming from the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I had also called before booking to confirm whether there was a hot tub on site, however for the duration of our stay, the heater for the hot tub was out of order. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but not able to resolve all of the problems with the property. I appreciate the staff, but would probably not book here again. I do feel that the issue with the type of booking (i.e. single king vs. two queens) is a communication issue between the booking website,hotels.com, and the property, that needs to be rectified, or other guests will continue to have the same issue.
