Checking in was very frustrating & not a pleasant experience at all. I was traveling with my daughter, but the hotel was booked by my husband, with his credit card. I had the credit card in my possession, but the staff wouldn’t let me check in with it because it wasn’t in my name. They said I needed a credit card with my name on it. I don’t have a credit card with my name on it, I’ve never needed one, because this has never been an issue at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. Furthermore, the room had been paid for at the time of the booking, so I’m not sure what the problem was. It was a HUGE issue though, & my husband had to fill out & submit paperwork remotely & had a lot of issues getting it submitted. If we didn’t have somewhere we had to be, I would have
