It was a very cute place and well-maintained. Very quiet and cute little town… My wife loves antique stores and there are several and she says that they were well worth the trip. We were both impressed by the staff in the restaurant … very friendly, great service and good food! There are other restaurants in the town, but we ended up for the most part eating in the restaurant in the hotel. Bravo Zulu… We will definitely be back.

The Cornish inn is a charming place to stay. The rooms were so cozy and clean and attractive. I love the fact that they were all dressed up for Christmas. Lindsay's restaurant located in the same building was fantastic as well.

You want to feel like you’re at home? This is the place. Inn keeper knew who I was when I walked in the door and that was customer service approach thru our stay. We went to Stone mountain arts center for concert, had apps in bar prior.. we were welcomed back to the inn and questioned with how was the concert as we closed out our night back at bar. Breakfast staff at Lindsay’s was quick with the coffee and food was Amazing!!! Home cooked meal- fresh! Inn keeper saw us after breakfast and had a great conversation. Customer service 100%. They remembered they were genuine, not something that happens often. Great job Cornish Inn we WILL be back!

We stayed one night at the Cornish Inn. We were in room 19, The Captain’s Quarters. The room was huge and thoughtfully decorated with antique chairs and furniture in keeping with the old inn theme. The bed was comfortable and a mini fridge was provided. The room had tons of windows which let in a lot of natural light. We appreciated the pull down shades once night fell. We ate dinner at Lindsey’s downstairs and were so glad we did. The food was outstanding! We also appreciated the heads up to get a reservation right away when we checked in, as we probably would not have thought of it. We had a great experience at this inn and would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

The only quibble I had was that there were too few electrical outlets in our, including none between the two double beds and no outlet whatsoever anywhere near one of the beds. It was inconvenient. But the place was otherwise a pleasure and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very responsive when I complained about the late-night noise from the kitchen staff wafting up to our room; no complaints on the second night of our stay! 😊 The room had no coat hangers, but I was able to find some in the Housekeeping room. The bathroom sink could use some attention: cold faucet drips continually, and the drain plug doesn’t work. This is an historic building, so I understand the difficulty in regulating the heat via radiators, but our room was stiflingly hot; we kept the windows open to stay comfortable. One morning the coffee was not available at 6:30 as promised; breakfast staff and waitstaff in Lindsey’s Kitchen seemed to be late arriving on both mornings of our stay. But overall, a good experience. We will be back!! Thank you!
