My purpose for booking here was because it was reasonably priced and within walking distance of the airport. We had a private room and bathroom and I felt safe. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even tho my Spanish is very limited. Breakfast was included and it was good. Noise travelled quite freely, but we had our window open and being so close to the airport, I was not expecting super quiet.

Comfortable room but very very thin walls. Could hear people even when they were whispering, let alone other things. The food options are terrible, don’t waste your money.

Perfect for when needing to get to the airport. Was quiet and relaxing given the location. The only complaint is that the window screens were broken and we got a lot of bug bites. We tried closing the blinds and shades and ended up so hot. They do offer fans but the bugs wouldn't stop coming in.

Pros: Friendly and kind staff. Delicious breakfast Clean washroom and room Cons: Me and my friend took one room with two twin beds and in my bed there were bed bugs and i couldn't sleep as it caused itching. I had to bother my friend in the middle id night and got confirmation that the other bed didnt have this issue so ended up sharing bed to get sone sleep. My hands and shoulder turned red due to itching and it took more than a week to get better. When i informed the staff about it and asked them to wash quilt and beding and treat bugs they were so ready to listen and do the needful to get things better. Very kind staff who apologized for the inconvenience.

Excelente estadía en Hostal Donde Regina Mi experiencia en Hostal Donde Regina fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo y bien cuidado. El desayuno fue delicioso, servido con atención y cariño. Se nota que cuidan los detalles y se esmeran en ofrecer una buena experiencia al huésped. Sin duda, recomiendo este hostal para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y buen servicio en Guatemala.

Allt var över förväntan för priset jag betalade. Personalen var så generösa och behjälpliga. Mitt rum kändes som om det var nytt. Allt var nytt, fräscht och eet kändes som att bo på ett riktigt hotell. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet.

Podia ser mejor

La experiencia se desmerecio por 2 aspectos: no informan que algunas habitaciones tienen baño fuera de la habitación y en nuestro caso en piso diferente...se encuentra uno la sorpresa Y el baño no podia cerrarse por lo que perdia uno intimidad. Nos pidieron disculpas y ayudaron en otros requerimientos pero es un inconveniente
