I had a 1bedroom king suite and it was beautiful. My big issue is I included my son in my reservation (he’s 6 and autistic) and was put in the top floor suite. The man below me called my room directly to complain that we were being too loud at 5:30pm. We were not being overly loud and my son was very well behaved. He’s tiny, maybe 40lbs, but does have heavy feet and tends to stim by pacing back and forth, especially when he needs to use the potty (#2). The man under us also called the front desk multiple times, fully triggering my anxiety because I could not make my son autistic son stop stimming. Please keep in mind he was sound asleep by 9 pm so it certainly was not late by any means. I would hope that in the future these types of things are considered when assigning rooms, or atleast have the flexibility to relocate certain guests depending on these types of situations. I paid well over 200 dollars to quite literally tip toe, walking on eggsshells on the ledge of a panic attack because traveling with an autistic child is already stressful enough without having to worry about him moving about in the ways he needed to in those moments.
