We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we fly in or out of Sofia and we always have a great experience. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and spotless clean, beds are comfortable. There is free parking and it’s easy to get around by car or taxi. We’ve used the hotel airport shuttle in the past but we had a car this time, otherwise it was a great option to get to the airport. Overall the excellent hotel and they’ve continuously kept the level of service over the years. Highly recommend!

I always use this Hotel when in Sofia Very easy access . Unlike some hotels which offer free parking but never have available space this hotel has ample parking space on the ground floor.very good breakfast and the free mini bar is fantastic only why don’t you put nuts in the mini bar anymore. I used to enjoy my beer with some munch.all and all very good

Great hotel with only one problem

Good location. Helpful employees. Appreciate the shuttle. For me the exercise facilities are the most important and they only have a single functional aerobic machine. This is enough to make me likely not come back.

The property and staff are great and the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport (which is why I chose it). Unfortunately there is more to be desired wrt the integration when booking through Expedia. I booked for 2 adults and a 17 year child through, the booking went through fine and only after I showed up at the hotel I was told that the room I booked only has two twin beds, no place for the 3-rd person to sleep.. So I had to pay EUR 30 extra on the spot for a roll-away bed. Looking back at the confirmation email, it indeed said 2 twin beds, not sure if Expedia or the hotel's reservation system dropped the ball on the 3-rd person in the room. I'd have likely picked a different hotel had I known the full price in advance. Frustrating, please fix this.

Good location, very nice rooms, but the ac was not cold enough and did not have an option to adjust so needless to say, we sweated through the night. The coffee is just an instant option which is disappointing for a hotel this class. An actual coffee machine would have been a great addition. Loved the water bottles you can refill. A word of warning, don’t expect a super friendly treatment. We were five minutes late for our airport transportation booking (which was 3 times more than a regular taxi fare) and got an attitude about it from the driver. Mind you, it was 4 am in the morning and no one was up needing the service. Also, the airport for 7 min away. So there was no need to make us feel bad for being 5 min late (FYI, I am traveling with children). Also, be aware, the location is on a busy road in Sofia where to get to most shopping you have to cross a rather complex route that doesn’t always look safe, car rides are also complicated as they will take you a long way before you get to Sofia Mall which you can literally see across the road from your window. Overall, a decent option, but if you need a place near the airport and easier access to shopping and friendlier faces, stay at the Novotel across the road.

出張で利用。タクシーで空港から15分程、市内へは20分程。お昼過ぎには部屋が準備できていた為、少し早めにチェックインさせてもらえた。日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付きの部屋。空調も涼しくて助かる。窓からの景色は東欧感があって良い。廊下にウォーターサーバーがあり、部屋にあるラディソンお馴染みの瓶にセルフでリフィルするシステムだった。
