Terrible! From bell-boy service to check-in to the room (condition, features, settings). Everything just a joke!
Don't expect anyone to come help you with your luggagessss when you parked in the front of the hotel. Even they see you carrying heavy luggages, no help. Someone even came to the car and asked me to moved the car. I will move after I unload my luggages.
Check in, don't know what's going on, she did her own thing. After awhile of silence, 20+mins, said they need someone to go check if the room is ready, at 4pm. What? After long drive, forget about smooth check in.
It is a 7mths new hotel, but it seems like 7 yrs old.
Room, all electrics. Go figure. Try to turn on the lights when is very dark. No closet, no hangers, no where to hang jackets etc. No where to put your wet towels after you showered. No shower curtain, so expect to have wet floor after shower.
One day there was a sudden building announcement in Hebrew while I was in the shower, all electricity when off; for not speaking the language, and heard a lot of people on the hallway. Immediately I went down from 3rd floor to the front counter, she just said is OK. Why can't they use the same announcement method to tell people it's a false alarm?! In English!
After 30mins maybe the electricity came back (during power outage, you can't enter your room, room card won't work); Air conditioning doesn't work even the power is back. With 5 luggages would you hussel to change the room?? Expecting without help
