I stayed at Grazia Apartments several times when I was a regular visitor to Rwanda. Although I did not visit for the last few years, the staff members still remembered me and welcomed me warmly. They made me feel at home and looked after me very well. Thank you!

The room was clean, but the staff experience was not always the best. Breakfast has limited options and they were not on time, even after I asked for breakfast at 7am. Previous experience at this Hotel was better.

Grazia Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Kigali! In a central location right near the Genocide Museum and a supermarket. The pool is refreshing, great breakfast with heaps of variety, a wide range on the menu and a great rooftop bar! Highly recommend!

The price is affordable, the room was cleaned, and the service is acceptable based on the price. I would not mind staying here again.

Not as fancy as a major hotel, so don't expect the Marriott, but pleasant, quiet, convenient neighborhood, and good value.

Godt ophold

Roligt hotel med serviceminded personale. Pænt stort værelse. Hyggelig restaurant med lækker morenmadsbuffet og pænt menukort. Købte en flaske rødvin som jeg drak over flere dage. Omhyggelig rengøring.

The vibe and atmosphere was good and laidback. Room was next to the pool area creating easy access. The gym is a bit old.

Probably because it was an international event in town, the prices were very high and incompatible with the service provided. Breakfast could be better, as well as shower maintainance. Bed is large and very comfortable, hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and the pool seems to be pleasant (although I did not have the time to enjoy it). Evening playlist at the restaurant was definetly the best of my experience.

Great stay except for the cab man the hotel introduced to carry us around . He is deceptive and exploitative

4/10 Regular

There was construction going on during my stay. I was told it would only be loud between 11am - 6pm. The noise started earlier and continued later than told. Lots of mosquitoes in room and no net or bug spray provided. Unfortunately my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped for.

Very likely there are better places to stay in Kig

Perhaps an entirely new set of staff is needed here. Apart from the massuese, who does an excellent job at massage, one bfast attendant and the breakfast eggs chef, everyone else was really not at all attentive to my needs. From no water in my room, to malfunctioning a/c, awful internet, no follow through on booking requests. Most ime I felt that I was in the way of staff enjoying themselves, the bartender who carried on anpersonal conversation on her cellphone for all to hear, the front desk staff wearing their bedroom slippers and badly stained uniform etc etc. it was my first time to Rwanda, and the first hotel I stayed at during the visit. Hopefully it’s not the norm for all Kigali hotels, so maybe try somewhere else.

This was a stay of 10 days, so it was important to feel comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed and supported by the kind staff, especially in the dining area each morning and evening.
