Absolutely amazing! Staff is just super attentive, welcoming, friendly. Mary and Jesus are the best! Knowledgeable about area. Place is new, great easy access to building/suite. Convenient location, little market next to it, restaurant, 1 block to beach. Highly recommended. All new, very complete, nicely furnished beautiful units.

This place is a gem! Absolutely worth it. Beach just a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood supermarket on the side, short distance to Rodadero beach too. There’s a local breakfast place on the corner they sell very good arepas and fresh juices, also tours. The owner Havi and the guide Ivan, good prices and service. We also ate at Beer Gardens it was nice. Definitely will recommend this spot to everyone traveling to Santa Marta

Lugar hermoso con varios puntos a mejorar.
Los apartamentos son hermosos y seguramente los más bonitos del rodadero con cocina equipados con lo justo y básico. La zona es mucho más tranquila que el Rodadero ya que no hay restaurantes ni estaderos cerca del edificio pero hubo varios problemas de ruido durante nuestra estancia ya que debajo de las habitaciones hay un supermercado al que le suena la alarma varias veces en la madrugada durante varios minutos y los primeros 7 dias no hubo ni una noche tranquila. Adicionalmente, los conductos del desagüe de las habitaciones superiores pasan por la sala de estar de las habitaciones inferiores y si, como fue el caso, alguien va al baño de madrugada, se oye bajar el agua (y te despierta). En el edificio de al lado había una obra de otro Aparthotel y una bomba de agua sonaba ininterrumpidamente en la noche pero solucionaron ese ruido como a la semana de estar allá. Si, como era nuestro caso, se va a descansar, mejor asegurarse que se han solucionado los problemas de aislamiento acústico antes de reservar habitación. Siempre fueron muy amables para intentar solucionar los problemas pero a pesar de ello nos fuimos con un sentimiento de que nos habría gustado no haber tenido ninguno de los problemas que tuvimos.

la recepcion fue buena ya que nos esperaron fuera del horario del check in y la suite era muy bonita, decorada con gusto. tiene 3 defectos fuertes: el ruido en la noche (no está bien insonorizado), el agua de la ducha estaba fria, y está muy bien la queen bed pero eramos 3 personas, lo que llaman "twin beds" es un colchon fino sobre cemento que es muy duro e incomodo
