Our flight was delayed and we only got checked in around 3am. Then at 9 am, one of the staff walked into our room - no knock, they didn’t announce themselves, and there was no latch on the door to prevent them from being able to walk in since they had a key. All we got was an apology, which didn’t seem adequate for the transgression. There was also almost no toilet paper in the room. They nicely folded the ends, so someone knew that both rolls were almost out and didn’t leave an extra. Aside from this, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But totally unacceptable for staff to walk into guest rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.
