Room was ok The fireplace needed a good cleaning and there was no hot water in the little sink in the corner. Never tried the shower. Carpet needs to be cleaned. The blonde lady that worked the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The dark haired lady seemed like we were bothering her.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Location in the heart of Idyllwild. Great cabin - 14 is a double. Our cabin had a great porch with a picnic table for wine or coffee, a fireplace, a living room with a pull out sofa that has a super comfy memory foam mattress, a kitchenetter with sink/fridge/microwave and coffee maker. Separate bedroom with a queen bed. We arrived 20 minutes after 8pm but Sandy had arranged to leave our cabin key for us. Leisa was super helpful too. My ONLY complaint is that we were not able to stay a whole week due to my own schedule but I can't wait to correct that and book this place for a full week. Loved Rustic Theater, Mama's Egg, and great hiking!

The Hideaway was quaint and perfect for the three members of our party. It was very clean and well stocked with amenities and lots of towels. We loved the location and the check in was simple. We will definitely return.
