The room was moldy and a dirty look to it I refused to stay in such a horrific condition I asked for a refund to make sure I wouldn’t have to stay at such a crazy setup the was mold on the ceiling when you walk thru the doors then then was burn holes on the bed and couch the cover for the bed was filthy but the had a cover where you couldn’t see if it was dirty or not. Had a discussion with the a worked at 1am he said we could canceled if we checked in another room I went into a whole different room and was still disgusted by what they had put us in at first couldn’t put my family at risk and would advise you not too moldy dirty and a scam
I had talked to the worker about canceling he said it was fine went to hotels.com and they said I would have to pay that for a room we didn’t stay in 3 nights
