This hotel is amazing and in a perfect location. The breakfast is incredible, and the view from the bar is absolutely breathtaking. The real highlight, though, is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After a week there, we truly felt like we were among friends. We already miss Mia, the hotel’s dog, who would always greet us with her tail wagging. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Verona, and we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is really conveniently located just off the main square by the arena, the room was lovely and quiet and the reception staff were fantastic! They were welcoming and extremely helpful, and gave my wife and I some great local recommendations for gelato and where best to catch the bus to lake Garda. The rooftop bar was also a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that

My 2nd stay at this truly beautiful hotel and once again, blown away by the level of service and friendliness of staff where nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff here, go out of their way to ensure your stay is as wonderful as Verona is and I would only ever stay here when visiting. Location is perfect, rooms spacious and very comfortable. Huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day ahead and with some clever tips from the knowledgable front desk it really is a gem of a hotel. thankyou again to all the staff who made our stay fabulous and hello to Mia as well x
