Hotel for techs on the run

Convenient to the interstate if traveling and need an overnight stay. Not sure if there was a recent cleaning in the lobby/1st floor, but upon arrival I was overcome with the cleaning fumes. Almost if someone had speayed a ton of floral fabreeze (way too much). It was less pungent the following morning, but still quite prominent.

Located right off the highway which is easy on easy off. The staff was very nice. I requested a top room floor when i made my reservation and when checking in it was ready. Breakfast bar with good choices. Room was nice and big. Cleaning staff was friendly, when i checked out she called me her friend. No complaints.

Very disappointed with how the owner was dishonest about correcting issues that occurred on the night we checked in. There was molded food in the microwave and bugs crawling all around the windows and curtain. I definitely would not recommend this hotel because of the owner and housekeeping.

Find a clean hotel..this is not one!

A complete dump!. Bugs on the wall, sheets with spots on them, and the Night Auditor should be fired. He has no customer service skills. I checked out!

Reserved a room with two double beds and got a single. The room was for handicapped which we did not ask for and the shower was hand hekd and low to service patrons who needed it. Room is not very well appointed for the price.

I would call this the Uncomfort Inn. The bed was hard as a rock. I literally lifted the sheet to see if we were sleeping on boards. The pillows were throw pillow size and had absolutely no support. Whatever they cleaned the room with irritated my throat really bad. I would never stay here again. I’ve usually had great success staying at Comfort Inns but not this time.

Great Stay and Deserves Its High Rating

What a great experience from our first call to inform them we will be checking in late to our checkout. We were checked in by Sharief and he was professional, courteous, and attentive. In fact, everyone we spoke with at this property was an exemplary professional. The hotel appeared fairly new and immaculate. We found out why the next day as the staff was deep cleaning the common areas. You can read the card in the bathroom regarding their cleaning regimen but talk is cheap and actions speak volumes. Rooms were standard fair, in very good repair, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with in-room refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was also standard but very nice and clean. The eating area was kept clean by the elderly couple who kept it stocked with vittles and cleaned the tables between guests. Food was plentiful and consisted of waffles, hard-boiled eggs (peeled and refrigerated), scrambled eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, Activa yogurt, cereal (Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran and something else), sliced bread, plain bagels, Quaker oatmeal and grits packets, Red Delicious apples, juice (apple, orange, & cranberry), milk and coffee. Common spaces were clean and fairly airy with ice machines located on odd floors and laundry machines on even floors.

First off if your gonna work with the public learn how to speak to the person thats making you a paycheck and giving you the opportunity to provide for your family. Don't get upset with me Stacey because i poi t out the flaws in the establishment you work at. Embrace it and move on. You say your suppose to bang on my door at 11 or minutes after. (Lie) There's a telephone why not call, oh i forgot you couldn't because the phone didn't work. And you ask why i didn't say anything to the person on duty why my door was hard to lock, and i spoke to the attendant on duty and said there were no other clean rooms available. And I've stayed at this establishment numerous of times, But this is the last time. (THANKS STACEY). Get a baby sitter and don't bring you child to work, one of the things you learn in corporate or running a businees or even doing what your doing working. I spoke first so management gonna want to discredit me but 1 dollar leads to another dollar being lost!

I was an okay stay nothing to brag about because every hotel should be clean. Waterr pressure is bad in showers and there is a smell of mold in the closet and water damage to. Shower wall. Overall its a pretty decent stay
