We stayed one night in room 107. It was roomier than many other hotels these days and had a comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge that actually worked. Furniture is a bit worn and the carpet has some mileage on it. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The hot tub was not working when we got to it at the end of the ski day, but we contacted the front desk and maintenance showed up within 5 minutes and fixed it and the hot tub itself was great. We got back to our room and found the temp had dropped a few degrees in the room from an hour before despite the heat being set to "on" as the heater was blowing cold air. Again, contacted the front desk and within about 3 minutes, the same maintenance person showed up at our room and reset the system and the heat worked perfectly thereafter. If you have problems and they get fixed quickly, that's a positive. The front desk advised us that Epic passholders can call and get a 20% discount when booking a room directly, but there's no place on the hotel direct site that indicates that and we were pleased with the rate we got through hotels.com. The hotel restaurant was closed on Wednesday. Okemo is about 6 minutes away so great proximity. We got about 4 inches of snow overnight and the lot was plowed early in the morning. Plenty of parking as well. Coffee available in the front lobby as a plus.
