I would like to complain about Hotels.com service, since in fact there is no collaboration between Hotels.com and RH Casa Cottage. So although we had booked and prepaid for reservation for which we received at payment receipt back in February. The reservation was unfortunately not valid. We were lucky that there was a room for us for the first two nights - but we had to find another hotel for the last night. Also we had to pay double.
The hotel is fine local hotel old fashioned style - Rooms cleaned nicely.
and the staff very serviceminded for our stay in Bangalore.
However we would like to request refund from Hotels.com for the payment made.
