Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river.

주말이용이라 사람이 많아서 정신없는 와중에 데스크에 계신 나이가 있으신 여자직원분께서 너무 친절히 응대해주셔서 기분좋은 투숙이 되었습니다. 호텔연식이 있어서 낡은감이 있지만 청소상태 및 수질은 좋았습니다. 야외노천시설도 이용하기 편리했습니더.

check in and check out time is not ideal but the room is great with the private spring bathtub so I still enjoyed it in the Beitou district where we basically come for the spring bath and the YangMing mountain

Enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not co-operate. The staff was great, especially Ankor. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and made our stay very nice. Hot springs were good, but not hot enough for me. Good free shuttle to MRT station, close to shopping & restaurants. Schedule was very good for all the different times to use it, to go and return. Hard to walk as very hilly.

트리플 베드룸 묵었습니다. 객실이 일본식 다다미느낌이라, 이뻤고 청결했어요. 직원들도 친절하시고, 특히 야외 유황온천이 다양하고 좋아요:) 실내 객실에도 프라이빗 온천할 수 있게 욕조가 있습니다. 조식먹는 곳도 이쁘고, 가든도 잘 되어있어요. 그리고 유카타도 인원수 대로 객실에 준비되어 있어서 정말 일본료칸에 온천즐기로 온 느낌 났어요 ㅎㅎ 청결, 친절도, 부대시설 대부분 다 만족이라서 굳이 옆에 비싼호텔 안가고 스프링 시티 리조트 가도 좋은느낌 받으 실 수 있습니다.

The hotel has several termal pools open to guesst 'till 10 PM, they have different temperature you can choose between. After going around the whole day for sightseeing, you can relax in one of the pool, before going to sleep.
