Nice and quiet location, still close to everything

A really good hotel that we had only booked for 3 days but we extended and stayed day by day for 2 weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and service-oriented. We had a nice room on the top floor with a balcony and a lovely view of the sea. Comfortable beds and a very good breakfast buffet.

I absolutely loved my time here! I extended my stay because I wanted extra time at the property and the staff was super helpful! They are all so warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful with organizing water taxis and snorkeling experiences! The location is fairly remote, being about 20 minutes from Tonsai Pier by water taxi, but if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, safe, beautiful spot, look no further this is the one. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back!

Excellent pool areas, staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Level of cleanliness not so good - servicing the room either didn’t happen or took place very late in the day so not sure if they had a staff shortage whilst we were there for the 4 days. Excellent location for both Kata and Karon beaches but the hotel is on a very steep hill and whilst there is a shuttle bus that goes up and down, I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues. I think the Peach hill side of the resort looked newer and the peach blossom closer to a 3 star than a 4 star but room size was big and spacious. The taxi to our hotel just outside Phuket airport took 2 hours and that was at 3pm so factor in plenty of time or book somewhere to stay the night before for peace of mind

Disappointed, wouldn’t stay there again. Shower didn’t work properly, couldn’t regulate temperature, mould on tiles, mouldy smell in the hotel overall, in pillows as well. Breakfast options very poor & below average. Looks great in pictures, in reality tired resort in need of an upgrade. Resort build on a steep hill, not great for families with young children or prams. Not worth what we paid.

When we arrived the Manager was friendly, after that he was not helpful & extremely rude.We paid for Breakfast with our booking and were refused it with massive negativity. We were placed in a room next to the lift, constant banging all night & day, mattresses were soiled with urine & blood. Fridge in the rooms were pathetic & inadequate! We had to stay due to all other hotels being booked out. Won;t stay ever again.

For the price, this place is unbeatable! Our room had a balcony with a mountain view on the highest floor, which was nice during the sunrise. The property itself boasts one pool (which technically is two pools, but right next to each other), but the nicer pools are located at Peach Villa its sister resort. The spa wasn't open when we tried to go. Further, there's a shuttle that connects Peach Blossom to Peach Villa (but it is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Peach Blossom's pool area). One slightly inconvenient thing is the large hill leading to Peach Blossom (which exists for other hotels like Peach Hill, and Novotel). During our stay, most of the time there was already another group waiting for the shuttle at the bottom and we were able to quickly hop on (so we never had to wait more than a few minutes). The food had a decent variety, a rotating amount of thai noodle and rice dishes as well as a standard egg station and either pancakes or french toast. There are also bread, fruit and cereal to choose from. When I passed by Peach Villa in the morning, it seemed like the breakfast selection was similar if not the same. I was under the impression that Peach Villa is the more "upscale" sister hotel, so I would go with Peach Villa next time if I had to choose between the two. With regards to convenience, there are plenty of places to eat nearby from the night market to westernized food options (although it leans more towards western).

Smelly pillows tired resort

Hotel is in great location and you can walk to both beaches so thats a plus yes there is a steep hill but its a good work out! Now for the service they were all very polite and attentive and understood english enough to get by so it was helpful and didnt need translation. Now for the bad the resort is run down and in bad shape tiles missing everywhere on pool walls rooms were very well used and tired but still do able for price paid so not to much of a complaint there the real issue we had were with the mildew smelling pillows i think with so much humidity and ac not running and any moisture left in and pillows made for perfect area for mildew smell !! I notified front desk not sure if the believed me so i asked them to cone smell and they agreed it was bad i asked if they would sleep on them and they agreed it was bad! They did their best to accommodate but it was late and some of the pillows they brought had same problem maybe they just washed them but didn’t fully dry them not sure?? They cleaned room following day and made bo offer to compensate or change room but they did apologize. Overall ok stay if your ok with this being a tired resort but price was good so there's that.

Ok hotel, meget slidt, trænger i den grad til vedligeholdelse. Meget sten bakke fra hotellet, der kører shuttlebus. Ikke samme service som man forbinder med Thailand. Pool området flot, men igen meget slidt, rusten bar, manglende fliser osv. belægningen omkring poolen er voldsom glat og ikke egnet til børn. Det hjalp dog den sidste dag hvor der kom ny receptionist som virkelig levede op til at hvad men forbinder med Thailand.

El personal de la recepción fue agresivo, nos trataron como si no fueramos bienvenidos. Además nos bloquearon dinero en la tarjeta por políticas del hotel, al ver ellos que la habitación estaba sin daños nos dijeron que regresarían el dinero del bloque en 15 días, ya pasaron 20 días y aún no retornan el dinero. No lo recomiendo
