The service was kind and helpful. One cannot open the windows because they face to an inner square that is full of air conditioning devices (noisy and warm). The bathroom (renovated) is the best part of the room, which otherwise needs a renovation. The room is rather small, with a tiny cupboard, and one does not even have a night table. To activate the lights, it is necessary to insert a kind of key into a (black, non-iluminated) hole... in the dark. Two out of the three days in which I was staying, the smell outside the room was really disgusting. The towels are made of ultrathin tissue, and I did not like them much (they do not dry specially well). The flush need to be pressed continuously in order to let the water clean properly the toilet. There were renovation works in the bottom floor starting from 7 am. Since I was getting up at about the same time, it did not bother me much, but it is a bit amazing that they are allowed to begin with noise and movement before 8 am in a hotel. One has to pay the wifi in addition. For the price of the wifi (3€ /48hr) it would be better to include that service in the price of the room. Ony one device can be connected with each password, so if you carry your phone and your laptop, you must decide with which one you want to have internet. The hotel might be an alternative to stay one or two nights, but definitely not for longer. If I have to come back to Rome, I would try to find a room somewhere else.
