Great location! Walk to everything…one block away from the Arno river. very clean, comfortable room and pillows. Wonderful staff! Everyone there was extremely kind, helpful and informative. Sweet little terrace with a lovely water view. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Everything is just a short walk away, from amazing restaurants to all the iconic sights. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had the most beautiful views. I truly can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. There’s even a small lift that fits one person, convenient for getting luggage upstairs! Location, location, location! You walk out the door and you are less than 5-10 minutes walking to every major attraction in Florence! Don’t worry about the stairs, there is a landing every 10 or so steps to rest if you need it. Service was amazing and we really appreciated them holding onto our bags until our next stop was available much later in the day.
