I found the room clean and excellent. Breakfast was a hot waffle I made and cold cereal with milk. Juices and milk were available 24/7. The stay was acceptable for the price paid.

BED BUGS!!!!
My crew stayed at this hotel for one night. The very next morning, I rebooked, BEFORE I found out about the bedbugs! I contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel, who REFUSED to refund the remaining 3 nights, even though pics were provided of the bites. I gave the hotel the opportunity to make it right and they didn't. STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t expect breakfast.
Breakfast was supposed to be included. There was one waffle maker and cereal. No coffee or anything else in the breakfast area. We chose to eat breakfast somewhere else. Very disappointed. No staff anywhere in sight.

It was not clean. There was a roach in the sink and the floor and surfaces had clearly not be cleaned. I really hoped the beds were clean. It seemed safe enough at least being next door to the police.

They took a card for incidentals and charged me for a room TWO more times. They only refunded me once. The desk staff couldn’t remedy the problem and was relying on someone she was texting on WhatsApp. I couldn’t reach anyone else by phone and neither could Expedia. They have a sign posted at the front desk that they are only open from 2 to 4 PM. No coffee at the Continental breakfast.

Way overpriced
The bed was comfy and linens clean and shower was good but that is about all the good. I was swarmed by flys at check-in. Our room had flys, bullet hole in window, the sink didn’t drain, the valve on toilet worked intermittently and floor sticky. We actually went to the dollar store and purchased fly swatters.Have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was limited to waffle or cereal-not even toast!

It’s an okay place to stop and sleep for the night but don’t expect much cleaniness. The towels were dirty, the tub was dirty and the room had a stench of mold. My entire family woke up sick the next morning. Not sure if it was the climate change coming from dinner or the mold smell of the rooms but we definitely probably won’t be staying there again.
