The air conditioning in one of our rooms hasn't been working, and since we also have an underground room, opening windows isn't an option. We've reported this issue twice, but nothing has been done to resolve it.
Now, at checkout, the manager is offering a discount on our next stay and free breakfast — but frankly, that's not acceptable. When we're paying nearly £300 per night, we expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Given the inconvenience, a refund is more appropriate.
