Summit Villa is a wonderful place to stay that offers more personality and character than a regular hotel. It's a little off the beaten trail but you are rewarded with peace and quiet and beautiful vistas. The property owner and manager were welcoming and helpful and the room and attached private bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's an easy 30 minute drive to Denver Airport, I will definitely stay there again when I'm flying to CO!

Host was very friendly and helpful. The B&B is located in the middle of nowhere. Only one restaraunt close (6 miles) other than the many located in the airport. I would recommend having something to eat with you. Our room very comfortable. Would like to have had a chair and bigger TV in the room. Ther was a common room for all guest with larger TV and plenty of confortable seating available. A hot tub was available and I noticed he had many games for adults and kids available. It is cannabis friendly but a separate room with ventalation is for those who want to indulge. We did not notice any smells in the house. A good breakfast was provided cooked my the host himself. A good place to stay if you want to get away. If you want to visit attractions in the area, a more central location might be better. It was great for us in that it allowed us to bypass Denver and get back on the toad the next day.

It was a spur of the moment decision to stay at Summit Villa, which turned out to be a great choice. We had planned on seeing a band at the local bar, so didn’t wanna drive back to Denver afterwards. We ended up missing the band, which didn’t bother us at all because we were having such a good time just hanging out at the BnB. The place is very well kept, and clean and they offer a ton of things to do at the property. When we visit again, we will have to impress our hosts with some karaoke.
