Es un muy buen hotel el personal s muy amable y te ayudan a pesar de los inconvenientes del idioma y sus instalaciones son muy buenas y la vista increible

Nos tocó una habitación muy linda pero pegada a la piscina y jacuzzi, el olor a cloro es muy muy fuerte lo que hizo que no la pasáramos nada bien en la habitación. Checar ese tema, todo lo demás es excelente.

Hotel and room were wonderful! If you do not reach the tourist office or the telephone doesn’t connect and you walk from the train station, it is uphill and a great workout. Once you have access to the tunnel and elevator, life is wonderful. You are close to the old part of town, shops, Coops. And other services. Breakfast was great with good selection.

We had two good rooms for exploring Zermatt. One had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony while the other had a construction crane dead center. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and other facilities. We also appreciated the neighboring elevator that got us up and down into Zermatt. The staff gave us a ride to the bahnhof when we checked out and I assume they would have picked us up if we had called.

SImply a great place. Had everything but not over the top expensive. Lovely pool. FREE BREAKFAST! Amazing views. Super support. Elevator down to the town's street level. Great nearby hikes. Rooms sparkling. Breakfast had anything you could want. We heartily recommend to everyone.

Everything was clean. The place is a bit outdated and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast left some to be desired. If you’re wanting to spend your time in town, you’re better off staying at a place closer. The sell was the view but for the price of the hotel, it wasn’t worth it. Especially when you can take the cogwheel up to the top of the mountain.

The staff were very helpful, especially with a taxis to and from the railway station to the hotel. The hotel’s bar and restaurant were very nicely decorated with a beautiful ceiling. The breakfast buffet was good with coffee, tea and a choice of juice. There were plenty of choices, we particularly liked the fresh fruit, a lovely lemon cake, different types of bread and yogurt . The room was a bit outdated (especially the bathroom) but ok for the time we were there. The view on the balcony of the Matterhorn will be much better once the neighbouring building work is finished. In Zermatt there were quite a few cranes with building work going on, a helicopter was hovering overhead around Zermatt which was very loud. The evening was much quieter. We liked the use of the neighbouring hotel’s lift and tunnel down to the street.
