Great location, affordable price, only one person in the counter doing everything including restaurant. The mattress was not good, already sagging and the room smelled smoke, the hotel employee offer to spray, but it does not help much with the smell. Suggest apt to increase price a little bit to provide more comfortable bed, fresh sheets and get rid off the smell.

All staff friendly polite and helpful. Speedy assistance in replacing goods and replenishing toilet roll & soap. Maid service every 3 days eg clean towels wash floors/clean toilet and worksurfaces which is efficient as your self catering. Pool area clean and foam mats for comfort on loungers when sunbathing. Positioned 2 mins downhill from beach which has disabled and pushchair access onto beach and 5 min walk uphill and your on "the strip". The apartments are all individuality accessed from outside so there can be many steps as built on the hill.

The environment was more focused to the party crowd than family crowd. It was overall a very loud hotel with very little customer service. The complementary breakfast was horrible. Fruit items were spoiled. Pastries were very few and nothing was ever filled up for the clients.

Brilliant location. Right next to strip and the beach. Only a quick taxi ride to old town. Hotel was busy with stags and hens so be mindful if a family or couple.

The hotel need to be more clear when selling rooms on other websites and specify the deposit that is expected. We checked in and were charged 75E per person which exceeded the total cost of the room for three nights. It made us feel uneasy that at first they insisted that this deposit must be paid in cash. It was not until we insisted that we only had card as we had not bought extra cash to cover this that the manager agreed. We all felt concerned as though there was something underhand with insisting on paying in cash. Upon checkout not all rooms were checked as throughly as others as they stated they would do at check in. The hotel was great for the cost, it is so central and close to both the beach and the strip. Rooms were clean and had everything that you needed. Its a real shame that this deposit situation meant our stay started negatively.
