Firstly, I must commend you on the exceptional quality of the hotel room and the pool area. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and provided all the comforts one could wish for. The pool area was equally impressive, offering a relaxing and pleasant environment that greatly enhanced our stay.
However, I regret to inform you that our experience at the hotel restaurant was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently disappointing, with wait times for meals stretching between one and two hours on multiple occasions. Additionally, there were several instances where drinks were served only after the food had already been brought to the table, even after multiple reminders. Many times, we saw other guests give up and leave the restaurant without being served. Out of the seven days we stayed at the hotel, we were given two dinners without payment due to the poor service.
Upon arrival we were told that the free minibar, including only two beers and four sodas, where the only free drinks included. However, after we contacted Expedia about this they said the one refill per day was complimentary and called the hotel.
I believe that with improvements to the restaurant service and overall service, your hotel could offer a much better experience for all guests. However, based on our experience, the service significantly brought down the overall rating.
