Best hotel experience we’ve had in years. Exceptional in terms of cleanness, friendliness of staff, and room layout. Breakfast was far better than what is often expected with “complimentary” breakfasts. We will be looking for this line of hotel again.

​If you’re heading to Kings Island, this is a fantastic place to stay! It’s just a 5-minute drive to the park, making it the ideal base for a trip. Our room and the common areas were spotless, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service and a seamless stay!

I hate to complain online and not to the property but we had to leave and there was a line at checkout. The property is great!! The bed was awful! I have no idea what it needs other than a whole new bed to include frame. We were in room 213 and it appeared a queen frame was under a king bed. The rest of the room was amazing but I slept half the night and my hubby who can sleep anywhere complained as well, out backs are still not great. Hopefully they will update the mattress which is the most important piece of furniture. The room is too nice not to have a proper mattress. The room was VERY clean!!

The room was spacious, it is a good location for visiting kings Island. I like there is a nightlight in the bathroom. The room was quiet, no highway noise.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes from King's Island. It seems to be brand new! It has an outdoor patio you can eat on - or even grill! The rooms are a nice size, the breakfast was more than enough, and the workers were helpful. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses were really uncomfortable. Maybe it was the bed frames?
