VERY POOR experience!!! The room is basic, location is good, but the staff service is deplorable.
The receptionist does not speak English and was very rude and impolite. Check-out was at 11AM. At around 10:30, he knocked on my door and aggressively told me to leave on time. After vacating the room, I asked if I could leave my suitcase briefly while I went to get breakfast. Once again, he refused the service rudely and practically forced me out onto the street.
To make matters worse, I contacted Hotels.com customer service via chat about this incident. Their response was that they are not responsible for ancillary services like luggage storage.
In all my years of experience as a traveler, and having used Hotels.com and other similar platforms, I have never had such a humiliating experience.
