It looks like an abandoned building from the outside but inside the spaces are quite nice. The common spaces are pretty clean but I would definitely not use the common kitchen. I saw people just washing their forks with water and put them away as "clean" 💀 Rooms don't have a mini fridge so we didn't but anything that would need to be stored in cold.
The room was decent - stained bedsheets but they seemed to be bug free. The chairs were really dirty. We had a balcony which was nice but there was only 1 chair there so we couldn't really use it. The shelves were not cleaned, stains on walls too. The bathroom was quite clean but the water pressure wasn't great. It's a room where you can sleep in but you don't wanna spend any extra time there. Also, no alcohol allowed in the entire hostel and no smoking except outside. So, if you wanna smoke or go outside multiple times a day, don't get a room from the top floor (trust me, long stairs and no elevator). Also, we could hear all the sounds coming from the hallways and staircase. Even speech form the nearby rooms. The room didn't have glasses for toothbrushes, no shampoo/shower gel (there was hand soap though) nor any other stuff. Oh and the towels! They were the smallest towels I've ever seen 😆 you could almost mistake them for hand towels to be honest. There were no hand towels and no towel for the bathroom floor either so the floors got wet after shower.
Reception ok, Zabka and Costa Coffee opposite of the hostel.
