Stayed at Chesa for 3 nights and really wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are wonderful - warm and friendly, and make you feel like family. The hotel is beautiful, authentic and very well cleaned and maintained. The room was perfect and the bedding was top quality. Bed was super comfy too. Didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately but my husband made use of the gym facilities. We had breakfast both mornings at the restaurant - fabulous; the dishes come out as beautiful as the photos on the menu and tasted as good as they looked. We’re away for a 5 week trip and Chesa has been our favourite stay of all the different hotels we’ve been staying at. We’ll be back for sure to visit our new found family!

Staff is the biggest assett - extremely friendly and helpsome regardless of what you need. Hotel also very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Deserve 5 stars, but in the neighborhood a nightclub or whatever is every night around 02-03 making loud fireworks making sleep impossible in this period.

Although it was only one night stay, the staff at Chesa was really top notch. I just checked out from Ritz Carlton and I thought their service was nice but people at Chesa were also not too shabby! They offered a thorough explanation of the whole place and even offered us free lounge access after we checked out. The gym was great. It was maintained in excellent condition. The pool area was pristine. The lounge was quiet and beautifully decorated. Location was also amazing as it is close to many shops and restaurants, close to the beach but also in a quiet alley way. The only downside is the size of the rooms. Too bad it’s too small for us as a couple. If you don’t mind it then this place is great for your stay in Canggu.

I ate here every morning and every night. The meals are what I would expect from a michellan hat restaurant. This place was nothing less than perfect.
