Makella and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. Keep In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property

Super Suit mit großer Terrasse und Warmpool. Ganz nettes Personal, die Frau am Rezeption hatte uns geholfen, Auto zu mieten, Tour und Transferservice zu organisieren. Und noch ein Man hatte unseren Koffer nach oben und runter getragen. Wirklich super Service. Das Hotelrestaurant ist edel, feine Sushi und sonstige japanisches Essen. Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Das View von der Terrasse ist traumhaft! Wir werden wieder hier bleiben wenn wir nächstes Mal nach Santorini kommen.

Very poor customer service and communication. Any reservations made through the hotel is CONTROLLED by the hitel and you are not allowed to communicate directly with the company you have booked something with. Makes things very frustrating and results in poor service all around. Rooms was dirty and mold in the shower. On-site restaurant was terrible! Strongly do not recommend this property.
