Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely, great size and nice big bed and good AC! It was my birthday during my stay (I didn’t mention this) and they upgraded my room, and delivered balloons and chocolates and a lovely note. Really fantastic service. The hotel is ideally located for Gare du Nord and from here we walked everywhere, it was ideal.

A compact room for an overnight or short stay very near to Gare du Nord. The amenities are very well thought out in the room to maximise space. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony, and did open the large windows for fresh air during the afternoon (the room also had air con). The windows did a great job when closed of muffling the noise from the very busy street. We slept well. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, and there were high quality toiletries. We didn’t have breakfast on the day of departure, but did eat and have a drink in the bar on the evening we arrived - all good. There was a short term issue with the lift which was resolved by a member of staff helping with luggage. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay.

Hotel is in a great location for dinning and getting about. The staff are so attentive and will help you with your every need. Rooms are clean, compact and warm. Showers can be temperamental with the temperature. There is a coffee machine but they don’t have any milk and limited tea bags and sure if the coffee machine dispenses water. Small issue but would definitely return.
