The people here were amazing! Very kind and hospitable, made going into the city very easy at any time of the day. Any requests we had they followed through and the breakfast was GREAT! Very very nice people who do their job more than well, I highly recommend !

Sejour très agréable, chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue . Personnel d une grande gentillesse. Petit dejeuner très complet La saison ne m a pas permis d essayer la piscine mais cela doit être super dès qu il fait chaud...

Am Abend der Anreise erfuhren wir, dass kein Zimmer für uns zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterkunft war sehr bemüht, der Fehler lag bei Expedia. Zum Glück konnten wir über booking noch ein Zimmer in einem anderen Riad bekommen.

Accueil impeccable, endroit un peu en retrait de la ville. Lieu sécurisé. Lieu typiquement marocain, deux piscines et une belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner inclus . Massages et dîner sur commande avec frais. Unité de chauffage dans la chambre. Wifi impeccable. Côté négatif comme presque tous les endroits visités au Maroc est que les murs ne sont pas isolés donc dans notre situation (voisins colériques avec jeune enfant turbulent) mais malgré tout nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec des hôtes exceptionnels!

When we first arrieved there was no room for us. We had to wait for more than 2 hours and always needet to ask the staff what was going on. In the end we had to spend the first night in an other riad close by. There is no reception and it is not well organized. If you want to have dinner in the hotel you have to order it 2 hours in advance and so that they can order it from another place. The hotel oloft it self is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

On the 3rd day the room we were staying in started leaking from the roof and the next room they gave us, the toilet smelled really bad and you can smell it all over the room. We also order food on the 2nd day at 12:25pm and were told a hour or two before it ready but it didn’t? then we where told it should be ready by 3pm and should come back to the hotel for it just as we where getting ready to head to the market, we came back but the food was not ready till 5:45pm so they wasted a full day of ours. The food is also expensive, costing over 400MAD, we ate out after at. On the first day we were told that the tea is free so we ordered tea once a day other than the one that comes with breakfast. We got charged for it on the day we were leaving. We were charged 200 MAD. The breakfast is the same every day; you get an omelet, some cucumber and cherry tomatoes as well as two type of bread and some side dips to have with the bread ( olives, Oliver oil, jam, honey, cream cheese, butter). I wish they changed it a bit. If you are going to stay there bring your own locks for when you leave the hotel as there are no locks on them. The staff are nice but only the receptionist knows a bit of English the others don’t and if the receptionist is not there when you check in, use translate or wish for good luck. There was also no soap, shampoo or a rubbish bin in the rooms. The best part of our whole stay there was the cats they had, they where really nice and friendly. OLOFT, not coming back.

Terrible experience

Very bad experience. No facilities in the room even basic ones , not enough light and very bad air-conditioning. No parking was provided despite of request , not recommended at all
