We interacted with two staff members that were nice. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay.
The property overall is in serious need of a remodel. The landscaping was neglected, and there were bikes, grills, and plastic chairs scattered outside multiple rooms, making the place feel cluttered and unkempt.
Our room felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room—completely bare, no decor at all. While the bed was decently comfortable, the sheets and towels were terrible: thin, worn out, and not very clean. There was no coverlet, just an old blanket folded on a shelf that we didn’t even want to use.
The bathroom was outdated and not clean; the floor tiles were cracked and needed replacement. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. The kitchenette looked like it was mid-renovation, with an old, stained refrigerator (complete with yellowing handles and large rusty locks), and an obvious space where a dishwasher should have been.
I also felt like some of the rooms were long term rentals which gave it the feeling of a boarding house than a vacation property.
Overall, it was a real disappointment and I don't think Expedia should be listing this property. It doesn't reflect the standards that travelers expect when using a major travel site.
